Please allow reasonable processing time before your order is shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs, weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

International Orders

GETARENIX ships internationally where shipping is available.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Packages
