Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Include all original accessories, packaging, and included items.
• Not be damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at getarenix@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can assist you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged through misuse, or returned without the original accessories and packaging.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
